Step 4: You will be taken to your profile, click on “Edit Profile”.
Step 5: Scroll down to where you see “Temporarily Disable My Account“, click on this.
Step 6: Instagram will solicit that you give them a reason for leaving. Give Instagram any reason you want to.
Step 7: The form in step 6 will ask for your password so as to be sure, fill in your password then disable your account.
